Quests
The quest system gives structured objectives that reward gold, XP, skill points, and equipment. Progress is tracked automatically from your minigame actions.
Commands

Reward formula: gold = BASE_GOLD + count × PER_UNIT_GOLD (same pattern for XP). Example: a Rare quest for 50 mithril pays 1200 + 50×35 = 2,950g.

Board structure: Up to 3 random quest slots + 1 chain quest slot.
Resource targeting: The game picks the highest resource your skills unlock, with ±1 tier variance 25% of the time.
Chain slot: Shows the next step of your active chain, or step 1 of a new chain you haven't started.

Expired quests are cleaned up lazily on the next /quest command invocation.
"Or Better" Rule — Target Substitution
Higher-tier resources satisfy lower-tier quest targets. Catch tuna when a quest asks for minnow — it counts. This prevents high-level players from being blocked by early chain steps.
