By using QuestForge RPG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our bot or services.

Description of Service

QuestForge RPG is a Discord bot that provides RPG gameplay features including leveling, skills, minigames, property ownership, trading, and player-vs-player combat. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Attempt to exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantages
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our bot
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Share or sell your account
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the service

Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions:

• Are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe
• Automatically renew unless canceled
• Can be canceled at any time through your subscription management
• Are non-refundable except as required by law
• May include a free trial period as specified at sign-up

Free Tier Limitations

Free tier users have access to a limited set of commands (profile, cooldowns, help, leaderboard, and subscribe). Premium features require an active subscription.

Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the bot for violations of these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes affecting premium subscribers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Virtual items and currency have no real-world value.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
